Audition Division, LTD. is a licensed model and talent agency and was established in 1972.  The Agency auditions children to see if they are natural and comfortable working in a television environment and adjust well to lighting conditions used for television and film work.  There is no charge for the auditions and the parent will be with the child at all times.  Professional pictures are required in the future if a child tests well.  Parents can obtain the pictures at their expense from any commercial service they choose.  That's the first step in how advertisers look at the models.  Opportunities for models are in print advertising, motion pictures, television commercials, voice over, industrial films, and theatre.  The shoots are done in Chicago but can be used nationally.

As with any agency, jobs are not guaranteed.  The Agency is not affiliated with any modeling schools and special training isn't necessary for beginner models.
